(100 words minimum):I believe that I should be selected as apart of the starting staff team is due to what I can bring. For starters, I am very experienced. Having staffing multiple decent player-sized gmod servers, I know how to do the job. When I staff, I will note I do things slightly differently. I don't (unless I have to) just punish players for breakings rules, I tend to try and get the player to understand the specefic area of the rule they broken so that they can improve as a player and them to continue to explore the server. With them doing this, they become apart of the community. Back 6 years ago when on the first day I played Monumental Gaming, I was banned for propspam. Thankfully I got really lucky and only got a 1 day automatic ban (to this day I have no idea how that happened). Had that been a normal perm, I doubt I would be here in this community and would of continued to play as I did those years ago, breaking rules for fun. There were no enforcers, head admins, senior mods etc, excluding Supremacy Networks. Monumental Gaming: Admin (Roughly 2 years, rebranded into Slipway Servers) Slipway Servers: Admin Monumental Gaming was re-branded into Slipway Servers). (Roughly around 2-3 months before it was shutdown) Divine Gaming: Admin (Came about a year after Slipway Shutdown) (About a month before it was shut down) Supremacy Networks: Head Admin (On and off over around 1 and a half years). (If so, write commands you'd use):[/b] I do have experince with ULX, however the system is outdated and should not be used Regardless, commands to use would be jail kick ban slay noclip cloak  [b]Tell us more about yourself (How'd you get into DarkRP, ect):[/b] I have been playing since 2014-2015, primiarlly DarkRP. I started staffing within the first year of playing, and I was a respectable person considering my age.  I am a pretty chill guy but do enjoy a bit of banter. I can preform well under stress and able to keep my cool pretty well. But most importantly, I have a massive respect towards the community. To me, the community is the heart of any server, and to be a good staff member you have to earn the communities respect, not demand it.

+1 Easily a +1 I have played with TAW for a long time but this is not a bias response in anyway I really do believe he is 100 percent staff material hell he's management material in everyday, He's mature, strict but isn't a total douchebag and knows how to have fun, He's honestly a genuinely kind person and I would love to see him as a staff member.
